DXY – Descending Structure Near Breakout Point

DXY – Descending Structure Near Breakout Point

TVC:DXY is beginning to show early signs of a bullish structural shift after weeks of corrective downside movement.

Price recently completed the projected move from the previous ascending triangle breakdown before finding support and stabilizing above key demand zone. Since then, momentum has gradually shifted, with TVC:DXY now trading above the MA 20 and MA 50 while pressing directly into H4 descending trend resistance.

📝 Current structure shows:

🔺 Higher lows forming on LTF
🔺 Momentum recovery above moving averages
🔺 RSI above 50 indicating strong bullish strength
🔺 Repeated tests of H4 descending resistance
🔺 Potential breakout forming from the H4–D1 descending structure

A sustained breakout above current resistance would likely open the path towards the 99.050 H4 horizontal resistance with further upside expansion possible into the projected DT target near the D1 supply zone.

This scenario would support broader bearish pressure across metals, particularly TVC:GOLD and TVC:SILVER .

📌However, macro conditions remain important.

Geopolitical tensions in the Middle East continue to influence safe-haven flows. Any escalation could weaken bullish TVC:DXY continuation and temporarily support metals despite the current technical structure.

📈 Bias: Bullish
As long as price remains above recent higher lows and maintains strength above the moving averages, breakout continuation remains favored.

⚠️ Invalidation:
Failure to break resistance followed by rejection back below structure support would weaken the bullish outlook.

Bottom line:
TVC:DXY is approaching a decisive technical area. A confirmed breakout from the current descending structure could trigger a broader momentum shift across the market, particularly for metals and risk-sensitive assets.
